so happy but scared -Update
So this morning I got my BFP. I am happy but really nervous bc last month I got a BFP it ended in a chemical. Just saying lots of prayers this one sticks. I really do not think I can handle going through that again
update: Im freaking out bc I took the test this morning and it was an unmistakable "yes+" but i was still nervous so I went out and bought another test and now Im not sure if the second line is there...it is so faint that Im sure if Im just trying to convince myself its there...
Could it be that the first test was FMU and that it was digital? or is this just another mean cruel joke and Im not really pregnant??

Congrats! Maybe you can go in and have your progesterone checked? Low progesterone is a cause for chemicals, and is a simple fix with progesterone meds.
Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months, and here's sticky dust for you:

call your doctor and go in for a beta test... its the only way to know the strength of the pregnancy

this is not true. chemicals can def happen repeatedly.
that being said i would recommend calling your doctor ASAP and going for beta. that way you can be sure. HPTs aren't nearly as accurate as bloodwork.

I have no idea how to post pics!
I looked at it again (yes I went back into the garbage) and the line is def there but very faint. My period isn't due until tmrw so I will test again tmrw morning and see if it looks any darker. I am going to call the doc first thing Monday morning.

a faint line is still a line.
different tests are more or less sensitive than others.
using fmu has more concentrated hcg so testing with 2nd, 3rd etc urine of the day, might yield a slightly different outcome.
I'm thinking this is a positive for you!

If you take a pic and put it on your computer you can upload it to photobucket. Then take the code (the last code - photobucket gives 4 codes under each pic you put in an album) and copy and paste it right where you would write a message.
Or you can take a pic and save it to your computer. Then the bottom of the screen (on LIF right under where you reply to a message) where it says Attach images, click browse and find the pic. Select the pic and click post reply. The only problem with that way is you probably have to resize it to be tiny. With the photobucket way you don't have to bother with making the pic smaller.

Re: your update... since you're VERY early in your pregnancy, you don't have a lot of HCG yet in your urine. When you test with FMU, it's more concentrated because it's been sitting around for so many hours. If you test at 1 in the afternoon, it's probably been only an hour or two since you last went to the bathroom, and therefore your urine isn't as concentrated.
Plus, some brands of tests are more sensitive than others. There are some women who are pregnant but get only negatives until they're like 16 dpo. If you saw a positive on the first test, you're pregnant.

a line is a line! the intensity of the lines varied throughout the day for me ( i had lots of dollar store hpts!) in the beginning! sticky dust!!!
