O'ing question
Hi all
Im NOT ttc but since its been 2 yrs since i was, i sorta forgot this stuff and figured you ladies would most knowledgeable.
Trying to track my cycles bc since having DS, i have been surprisingly REGULAR (had anywhere from 45-60 day cycles when TTC)
So.... what day would you normally consider O day? Is the day you have EWCM the day that youre likely Oing?

EWCM usually comes prior to O... i dont know how far in advance though... mine comes usually the day before i have a positive OPK... so id say about 24-24 hours before O... might not be the same for everyone though...
i would try using opks for a month or two you can get a better idea that way..
