Anyone have a short LP?
Hey girls
I just started temping/charting and Im kind of into it!!
I always suspected that I had a short LP (10 days) and I think I will know for sure after I chart a full cycle.
Does anyone have experience with this? I've heard vitamin b6 helps with lengthening. Can anyone attest to that?
Thinking of you all and hoping for BFPs!!!

mine varies between 7 and 11 days. my ob/gyn said that i shouldn't be concerned *yet* because it's not uncommon after coming off the pill. he told me to wait a couple of more cycles and we'll reassess.
FWIW he did say the "jury is still out" on whether a short LP really affects your chances of getting pregnant (short meaning 9-10 days, not like 6-7 days).

LOL - FWIW = For what it's worth
You could also look into rasbperry leaf tea. i think that helps with short LP's but i may be wrong.... there are def ppl on here who use it and could give u a better answer than I.

I had short LP's and my RE put me on Clomid to lengthen my cycles. I went from a 10 day LP to a 14 day LP.

i have a short LP.
ive been ttc for 9 months.
i tried 100 mg of b-6 and that didnt help.
i was then put on progesterone by my OBGYN but it didnt help
i also tried the rasberry tea- that didnt help either.
i finally went to a RE
they think its a combination of a "not strong enough" ovulation and underactive thyroid
ive been put on synthyriod..and I will be doing a clomid iui next month
