Confused: OPK/Ovulation relatedUPDATE
I got positive OPK's yesterday and the day before. Today I had a temp increase to confirm O but I got what looks like another positive OPK.
Has anyone else gotten a positive OPK on the day of temp increase?
I'm so 
update: I just tested again and it's back to negative. Hopefully it stays that way tomorrow!

A little different b/c I only get one positive OPK, but for two months I used OPKS and temped and for both of those months, I got my  on the day I got my temp rise. So the day I get my is the day I count as my O day, but again only one day of .

Yea but the day your temp rises is the day AFTER you O. That is what has me confused. If everything is correct that means I'm getting a positive OPK the day after O.

Hmm, maybe you are just catching the hormone's drop on it's way back down.

I hope so! It finally seemed like the metformin was getting this damn PCOS under control. All I want is a "normal" cycle!

since you do have PCOS your LH may stay elevated longer than average, which is why you still may see the smiley on the day of the temp rise. its not an issue unless it stays elevated for a while, cause that messes with egg quality (but usually prior to ovulation - it shouldnt really stay elevated long post ovulation).
