DHA
So... is everyone taking DHA? Is this important to take before a BFP?
I just realized my prenatals have folic acid but not DHA and my gyno said I should take a DHA supplement, or take prenatals that have it, although she said its not a big deal and not as important as folic acid.
Unfortunately all of the DHA supplements I see online are the same price as the prenatals with DHA! if you are taking separate DHA, what do you take? I may just switch prenatals, although I have another bottle of my old ones...

Re: DHA
My prenatals come with DHA (it's in a separate caplet, but it comes together).
I heard you should def be getting a lot of folic acid while TTC but I'm not certain about DHA. I still take it while trying..... it can't hurt.

Re: DHA
My OB said didn't say anything about DHA before the BFP, and after she said its not as crucial as the prenatal.
