Is everyone taking the DHA supplement? anyone having trouble with it
I took it one day and was (sorry TMI) burping up this horrible fishy taste for the rest of the day so I just couldn't take it again. Is this common? I know I should be taking it but it was so nasty!

from what i understand - it is common. FOR THAT REASON - i take: Expecta LIPIL DHA Supplement.
It's a non fish source of DHA...i have not had one fishy burp yet and unfortunately, i burp a LOT!!!

I'm taking it and haven't had a problem at all so far. I'm taking Pruet DHA which is a multivitamin prenatal plus the DHA as a separate pill.

if you do get it - open the package. Inside each one is a coupon for $2.00 off! I get mine at walmart (best price i've found so far)....with the coupon it's like $7.00!

Yes, I felt the same exact way when I first started taking them! I was like "I didn't have fish for lunch!" and my sister made fun of me because it didn't dawn on me that it was my pre-natals.
I started taking them at night, which works better for me. When I started getting some really bad heartburn, I would make sure I took my vitamins with a glass of milk and that helped a bit.

I was on another vitamin that I can't recall the name. My Obs. swithed me to CitraNatal Assure, which I LOVE. I don't burp anything and it has a mild stool softener which I desperately needed...ugh

same here but mine is called duet dha
i tried duet dha for a week and felt soooo nauseous!! i switched to another pill. i cant remember the name off hand tho.
ETA name of vitamins. Gesticare DHA. i have no side affects with them.

thats what i take too!.... on rare ocassion i might have a burp- its more sealike- and not fishy like I had when i was taking my prescription dha
