How to increase CM
Any ideas? remedies? pills? etc? Ive been off BCP for 3mths now and notice very, very small amount of CM and its never EWCM. Its always just sticky or sometimes creamy. Is there anyway to increase the amount of CM one gets?

Yup, and if you still don't get any use pre-seed around O time. it's meant ot mimic EWCM and help the sperm get where they need to be!
Also, with the robitussin make sure you get the right one. I'm not sure which it is but I know one actually has the reverse effect. if you google it I'm sure you'll see it. Mucinex is something else you can take. Same thing though, make sure you get the right one.

i took musinex and got my bfp that cycle!
started taking it a cd 8 and stopped a day or two after i o'ed
but just get the regular musinex not the DM one...i heard the other one can actualy dry you up!!
the regular one has one active ingredient...cant think of the name of that ingredient tho...

I think that I am Oing this week so I've been doing the BD  since Sunday. Do you think it is too late to try the Robitusson or Mucinex this month or should I just try it next month if I don't get a BFP ??

You can still take it if you havent O'd yet. It will work the same day. I remember taking it the morning, and seeing a big increase in CM in the afternoon.
