soymilk and ttc?
A pregnant woman at work told dh that i shouldnt drink soymilk while ttc. Is this true?

There are a lot of ideas about the effects of soy on fertility. Check out this link it pretty much sums it all up. I think like most things it comes down to moderation.

I got freaked out about this too. Lunch is provided at my work, and they have this delicious tofu every day. I haven't had any this month b/c I started to worry about it. We'll see if it made a difference.

I dont eat meat or fish and I have soymilk in my cereal so not having tofu in my diet is a hard thing.
