I usually use mine around lunch time so I think pretty accurate. I try to hold it for a while before using it.

anytime is fine but usually 4 hours after you've eaten. thats what i've heard and what i did. I took it right before I ate lunch.

You just don't want your urine to be too diluted. time of day really isn't that important. Some OPK's say not to use FMU as LH metabolizes in the body hroughout the day so it the morning sometimes levels aren't as high as they may be later in the day. But then some OPK's, like the CBE digitals say FMU is fine. Like I said, I think as long as your urine isn't diluted you should get an accurate result.

I do it after work, I never got a  the one month I tried FMU, until I did it later in the day.
