Is it better to BD before or when you get the smiley?

So, which is better? To once you get the smiley or a few days before you get the smiley? I know that ideally you should before and after but which would make more sense?

well the only indicates that you are about to O...

so when you get the is still before you O... you can still before you get the and when you get the ... if that made sense! lol

The smiley indicates that you are about to O in the next day or 2, so BD when you get your smiley and the next 2 days is probably best since its the days just leading up to O and the day you O. I don't think it could hurt to BD before your smiley, but that would be 3+ days before O so I'm not sure how effective it would be.

My doctor told me to BD every day from CD 8 - 15 assuming a 28 day cycle and O on CD 14. Hope that helps!
