WWYD .....

I wanted to add in Acupuncture for this FET I just completed. I called a few places and decided on one. I was quoted on the phone 6 sessions for $400. I agreed. I went to 6 sessions and then was told I had an additional one left? Same day my credit card statement comes in, with two charges from him. One for $400 and one for $120. I signed BOTH slips, not even realizing I was being over charged. (I have lots going on ha) When I called to explain the discrepancy. The office told me I was charged an "initiation fee", when I said I was never told about this fee, they said they would have to call me back. When they called me back, they said they didn’t think they should have to eat the cost but I could still have another session.?!??!?! I explained, "Its really simple. I wanted to purchase your service, you quoted a price of 6 sessions for 400, I agreed, and now I am out $520?" Is this fair? I really don't need to be losing my %hit, the day before my Beta, should I just let this go>??

Definitely do not let it go, either pursue the credit card dispute or continue with the office directly. Perhaps wait until you go for beta

deal with it after the beta let your nerves rest, as well as your body.

you can dispute it later with cc.

take a deep breath and relax.
Call your credit card and dispute the charges. Usually they ask for something in writing from the company that charged u and if they do not have proper proof of the charges its all in ur favor.
Dont let this freak u out b4 ur beta !!!

Don't freak out b/c $120 isn't worth your stress... so just call your cc company and dispute the charge.. they should take care of it for you
