You know with DD i was horrified. I did gain normal weight but I wanted to get rid of it fast when DD was born. Unfortunately it didn't happen that way for myself. I was finally into my PP jeans by 7/8 months PP but not the way I wanted and recently was just under my prepregnancy weight but it didn't matter because my body was just different from giving birth. I don't think my hips will ever be small again. I am ok with it though becuase I look at Reilly each day in amazement that she came from me! I think with this second child I am more scared because I am starting off with my body not in the shape I wish it was but oh well. I will just have to work a lot harder at it after the baby is born and continue to eat healthy and walk and do my dvds now.

I used to be VERY afraid of this... It would seriously keep me up at night!!   In the 4 1/2 months I was pregnant, I gained about 15lbs.
The next time around I WILL NOT CARE about weight!!! AT ALL! I just want to be pregnant with a healthy baby .. despite what that will do to my body.
Aww well said! I am not in the same boat as you but I have heard others say this too. Sending you a hug and wishes for a baby!

Umm I am a little nervous only bc I am small framed and everyone says I will be a cute pregnant girl...however I know I am pack on pounds easily and I have weird cravings as it is so I hope it doesnt get worse with a baby! Also my mom gained 50-60lbs when she was pregnant with all of us but she lost it, so that is good to hear. I just hope I can eat healthy and continue to work out and then pick up where I left off after the baby!

I had a girl and totally carried girl..I'm tall to begin with so in the beginning I was gaining weight but not belly...My hips thighs and azz grew width wise and totally felt like a cow..even at my biggest I was still a small belly but wide hips and I already had wide hips

eh, I'm already fat I'm not worried I do hope I get a belly and at some point look at least a little pregnant but I know I'll never be one of those girls who is "all belly".
