i didnt take them for 2 days in a row because i was sick and forgot them at work on Monday so i didnt have them tues & yesterday... and this morning i was very constipated...
when i was taking them i was more regular than i have ever been...

Crashing...not a TTCer but I work in nutrition for a vitamin company...
It's probably the iron in the prenatal (if there is iron it) bc iron is known to constipate and bind your digestive tract. Try looking for iron as iron bisglycinate in the prenatal

They make pre natals with stool softeners in them now. I'm actually going to switch to those when this month is up.

I've never had this problem but I was going to suggest the same thing.

I had a problem until I started taking them at night, and now I don't anymore. Not sure why

OH YES! Its horrible. I take a daily stool softner (docusate sodium) with my prenatal. It does help
