I'm picturing a jewel toned cocktail dress!
But I think any cocktail dress would be appropriate given the time, location and type of event.

ok.. so any cocktail dress will do then!
I have a couple of things I can wear... don't want to get too crazy as the majority of the attendees will be 13!
