Sometimes bettycrocker.com has some really cute ways to decorate their cupcakes or cakes. I'd check them out.

what about some blue and white cupcakes? If you don't have the blue cake sprinkles you can always alternate blue & white cupcakes. Here's how they say to make them on the wilton website
