Anyone shed some advice please

Hi everyone. I am brand new to this sight. My husband and I have been trying for over a yr now to conceive. For the past 4 months or so, I have been using the clear blue easy digital ovulation kit. And so far nothing...can anyone shed some light or some advice...thanks ladies

Well first, Hi and welcome!

Are you doing anything else in addition to the CBEFM? Are you temping or checking your CM? I wonder if maybe you aren't ovulating on your own...? There are alot of girls on this site much more knowledgeable on the art of TTC than I am, but that was my first thought.

If it's been over 1 year, have you spoken to your dr to run some tests?

Re: Anyone shed some advice please

how old are you?
i think if you have been trying for over a year with no luck, and you consistently ovulate (at least based on OPKs), you should think about seeing a doctor.
maybe you can try temping basal body temperature to actually confirm ovulation??

welcome and good luck!! hope you get lucky soon!!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Welcome and good luck.
I would still go see someone. Maybe your tubes are blocked and that could be your issue. Once they clear them many people get pregnant.

Re: Anyone shed some advice please

I think if you are POAS and you drink a lot of water it could dilute the test. I know that's def happened to a few girls on here. IDK if that's your case, but it's def a possibility.

I would go to a doctor to have them test more about the situation.

Re: Anyone shed some advice please

I would consult with your OBGYN and it may be a good idea to see a Reproductive Endicronologist. The first thing they will recommend is running blood work, an HSG (to check if your tubes are clear), and a semen analysis for your DH. Good luck and hope everything works out.
