When do you weigh yourself....
and how often?
I tend to weigh myself in the morning, but only do it once a week if that...Lately I am so scared/ashamed of the number on the scale post baby

First thing in the morning, everyday. It really helps me stay on track especially with what I eat.

I weigh myself every morning. I will occasionally weigh myself at night before I go to bed as well. I find it motivating to see how my weight reflects how well or poorly I ate.

I don't have a scale at home because I would live on it. I weight myself once a week at the gym first thing in the am before I workout. (usually every friday morning.)

When I am good on my diet I weigh myself every morning (and night sometimes). When I am really bad, I hide the scale cause I don't wanna know.

I never really weigh myself. I almost just go by how my clothes fit. But since I just started WW I'm going to weigh myself once per week only in the morning.

I used to do it once a week, same time and day, at the gym.
I just bought a scale for the house.
And I programmed it this morning.
I was on it twice this morning already

On thurs or friday mornings or afternoons (12:3o) ...it depends on when I get to my meeting
the one time I went at 5:30 pm I gained and I will never go that time again
