My only advice having been in your position is to be patient. We got so frustrated and were running out of time since we sold our condo. Finally the right house came up just as we were due to be out of our place in two weeks. We contacted our buyers and they were wonderful about letting us stay if we covered their mortgage and costs. I would contact your buyers to see if you could work out an arrangement for more time if needed.

This does look very nice - but from mapping it - appears to be on a main road.
I think its on East Gate Blvd not a main road actually hiddenm
