Rosh Hashanah Menus---what are you having?
Im hosting and need some help. So far Im making briskett, matzoh ball soup, and probably carrots. Not sure if I want a noodle or potato kugel. anything else? Share your menu!!

It is just us for Wednesday night so I am going to make braised short ribs, noodle kuggle, green beans, a round raisin hallah, apples and honey for dinner.

I love to make a potato kugel (my secret is that I rinse off the grated potatoes) and I also loveTsimmes!!!
I wish I was home for the holidays this year!

u guys inspired me, i'm going to try to make cin. /rais. noodle kugel for the 1st time! also making a briskett with veggies (crock pot), matzoh ball soup, rosemary potatoes, corn on the cob, and chicken paprikash (we're hungarian.)
last yr i made a small lemon roasted chicken that was really yummy too. and my mom like sweet potato, she mashes it with marshmallows. i mash it and put a mixure or butter, brown sugar, shredded coconut and crushed walnut on top. happy new yr!
