without enough time to go in depth... it's a  schedule where you a lot!!!
You start on CD8 and every other night until you get a  OPK in which case you then 3 nights stright, skip a night and then one more night. (I do 4 ina row instead).

that confuses me because I thought you arent supposed to 2 days in a row because it kills off sperm

DH and I used a similar plan but started on CD 9 instead of 8 and we didn't BD after Ovulation but it worked for us.

Nope, not unless there is a problem already. Deanna's actually has you doing it every other day until the smiley, but many plans say every day.

Thanks! So, this says not to take OPKs using FMU. I have a problem holding in my urine and the Clearblue easy says u can do FMU. SHould I not be doing this?

I can not get a smiley from FMU. I don't hold it I usually do it right when I get home from work.

I can not get a smiley from FMU. I don't hold it I usually do it right when I get home from work.
thats when i do it - i dont pee or drink from 2-6 and i just do it at 6
