where is my +OPK???
I am on CD19 and I still have not got one. I was having a hard time holding in my urine so I wasent really holding it for 4 hours. Do you think this could be why or that I just didnt O yet?

I just wrote this on another thread, but I never got a  this past month, but according to temps I did O. I think I was messing up the timing and just missed it. You could have too. Keep  and lots of

i have irregular periods so I don't O until CD17-30 it depends on the month. I use the OPK's and test with FMU. lots of O
