I have to stop ttcing for a little... sad...
So.. i have been a lurker... but I know have to stop ttcing for a few months...
DH and I have been trying for about 2 months so far, we have a beautiful DD already... I recently found a lump in my breast, had a few exams and tests which found really nothing... but they want to send me to a surgeon for further testing since its still there and pretty hard... What is so frustrating is that it is so hard to get an appointment!!! I have to wait 2 weeks before my consultation, and if they have to do surgery, I have to wait until then...
So our ttc journey, which just started, and we both just got so excited about it, has now come to a stop. hopefully not for long.. I just cannot deal with having to possibly have surgery with only a local anasthetic... and I have to take care of me before starting a new life..

Random question but could you possible be pregnant?
I ask because a friend of mine found a lump in her breast ( I think it was toward the side by her armpit) and she was freaking out.
Turns out she was pregnant the lump was caused by the pregnancy (can't remember the reason it was 4 years ago now!)

I had a lump I found about 3 weeks before I became pregnant. It's still there but has shrunk incredibly. My doctor had said since it hurts, there's nothing to worry about (strange, I thought, but I trust her). She said it would probably go away when I got my period soon. Never got my period, got PG instead... and the lump's still there but it went from the size of an eraser head to the size of a pencil point.
That's crazy you have to wait so long for an appointment! Can they write you a script for a breast ultrasound? I've had that in the past for lumps and they can usually get me in within a few days (even when I lived up in Brooklyn).

I found a lump in my breast last year and had to go for sonos and a biopsy. Turns out it was nothing serious, just something I have to keep an eye on.
