Not at TTC stage yet but have a ques
Hi Ladies,
I'm new to LIfamilies, DH & I got married a little over a month ago. We are not yet at the TTC stage but are planning to after the New Year. When should I start taking the sample vitamins my Gyno gave me?

The prenatals are excellent and you could start taking them anytime you'd like. I only started ttc in July, but had been taking the vitamins since April. If you don't want to take them too early since they can be pricey I would say start taking them about a month before you start ttc!

my doc said 3 months before TTC - she recommended stopping BC and starting vitamins at the same time...i think i will maybe start vitamins in Sept, stop taking pill in October and maybe try in Nov/Dec...maybe  if i am brave enough

PS...All of my friends who have had children said to make sure you get the prenatals that have a stool softner in them since things can become a bit "irregular" when you're pregnant. The vitamins help to keep it all in check! lol

I have friends on prenatals who are not TTCing anytime soon. They are great vitamins and certainly can't hurt. Good luck!!!
