Supposedly it helps to boost the female reproductive system. I started drinking it a couple of months ago but only up until O. They say it can cause uterus contractions so I stay away from it during the 2ww.

I have been drinking it for about 3 months and what I can say is I am a regular irregular kind of girl 42 days plus but after drinking it I have been getting AF regularly. They say it build healthy reproductive system. If you are using for medicinal purposes than you must let it steep the tea bag for at least 10 minutes.

Never tried it while TTC. But when I was nearing my due date with my first I drank it to help induce labor. I think it worked. But I was trying every old wives tale possible.
