Yes then a No
So I'm feeling really confused. We have been TTCing for about 8 months now....My cycles are usually about 30 days long. I took a FR test on Thursday and got a really faint line, I took another on Friday am and saw another faint line so I went out and bought a digital and got a YES! I was soooo excited yesterday - I couldn't even believe it. I called my doctor and have a blood test scheduled for next week! But.......Then this afternoon I started seeing some creamy brown discharge and felt really nervous and so I decided to take the other digital from the box to make myself feel better and it came out as a NO? Now I'm crying and freaking out - that's going on????

I wouldn't start panicking yet. Panic with red red blood. Brown is ok to see...old blood etc. The digital that said NO could've been a reject. I would go out and test again tomorrow morning!!

Don't panic yet. Brown blood typically = ld blood as the PP mentioned.
I would retest with FMU tomorrow morning. Lot's of hugs and dust!

Thanks girls....Also - I forgot to put in my first post that I usually ovulate on day 17 or 18 and that Thursday, when I first tested was Day 32 so today is CD 34...I hate this whole note knowing thing! It really sucks!

Re: Yes then a No
i dont want to worry you but it sounds like it COULD be a chemical pregnancy where your beta was just high enough for the first tests and started dropping too low to be detected by the last test, and why the brown spotting started. obviously i hope that im wrong, but it is suspicious. i would def go to the doctor and get bloodwork since its the only way to know how high your HCG is and if its going up or down. good luck!!

Re: Yes then a No
So today I have heavier bleeding and cramps....I talked to my dr. today and they said it sounds like a chemical pregnancy, I'm going in for bloodwork tomorrow but I'm soo disappointed. This whole TTC is seriously so frustrating...I'm just so tired of getting my hopes up every month to just be disappointed again and when I saw that positive test a few days ago, I was ecstatic and thought this frustration was over with....Even though I only thought I was pregnant for a day, it is still super disappointing and it is such a let down

Re: Yes then a No
i am so sorry. i had two chemicals and have been TTC for 15+ months, so i def understand what you are going through. one of the chemicals my beta went up to 42 and i only found out it was chemical at the second beta, and thought i was legitimately pregnant for a week just to have it taken away feel free to FM
