I've hoped my whole life that I would have twins! My dad is a twin so I always wanted to get the gene!

YES!

I do not think I could handle twins and give it up to all the moms that do.

I only want two kids and Id like to take my time.

DH's grandfather is a twin but I dont think that affects me

I don't mind if I have a twin or not....I'm just happy to have a healthy, happy child. I truly believe life only gives you what you can handle....

i was once told by a family friend who is also a psychic that i would have twins. i didnt ask, he literally saw me from across the room and came over and told me he saw me with twins . i always wanted twins so i wouldnt mind. when he told me that we werent even TTC yet. now that im on month 16 of TTC, i will take whatever i can get be the most appreciative mom out there, whether i have 1,2 or 3. and with the treatments i have been going through, multiples is DEF a possibility!!

This is DH worst nightmare We have twins on both sides of the family - so if its truley genetic - we are definatly have a good shot.

When i was 23 i thought id have 3 kids spaced out 3-4 years. . . . . . .now at 35 after dealing with male IF etc -- id be happy with anything and i think even happier with multiples - although i do know it makes for a riskier pregnancy i would love to be able to have a few kids so even if that meant all at once

There are twins in my family, but realistically, I don't see it happening for us.

If it does, we'll have to manage, but as long as they are both healthy. I would say it's not option #1 for us, but for new parents of twins - they have never known having just 1 child, so they deal as best as they can.

DH and I would love to have multiples. Because we have been TTC for so long, we just want a healthy baby.

I actually really want twins! but I want them on the first round, because we plan on having 2 kids. My dream is to have 4 but DH isn't on board with that...yet

yes i worry about that all the time!!!

my brother has twins. also DH has twins on BOTH sides of his family...same generation. his grandfather on dads side is a twin and his grandmother on moms side is a twin.
i would love them regardless obviously but i would be beyond stressed and probably get anxiety if i was pregnant with twins

TERRIFIED! twins run on both sides of dh's family and he has twin sisters! i absolutely positively want NOTHING to do with twins. he thinks twin boys would be great. i told him if we get twins, one is going back...

Is definitely a concern of mine. But I feel like I wouldn't be given any more than I can truly handle.

My dad has twin sisters. But I'm not sure how the whole gene thing works so I don't know if it would have any affect on me.
