eliptical ?
when you first started out on this machine, what was your time goal to stay on. how long? thanks. I am clueless about excercising.

It depends on your fitness level. I would say 30 minutes is a good goal to start with.

Depending on your fitness level aim for 20 minutes and see how far you can go in 20 minutes. Then add a minute to it each time you go. Within about 2-3 weeks, depending on how often you go, you'll be up to 30 minutes and you'll go much further then you went on day one. You'll also notice that you'll be faster then you were on day one.

The first tme i did the eliptical i did it for 20 minutes, Now i do it for an hour or 45 minutes.
