I found the trick to the Eliptical machine!!
Since I still have two more weeks before I can run, I have been using different cardio machines. Well this week I did something different on the elliptical machine. I kept the incline really low and alternated between a level 9 and 10 for 50 minutes. Well let me tell you....my inner thighs are killing me. I always found it hard to target that area...well I found what does it now. I am still looking forward to running again...but this is definitely something I will do once a week!!!

Awesome! I'll have to try that! Thanks for the tip.
Lately, I have been running less but trying other types of cardio. I like the variety.
