asking for help- chart related

Ladies, pleeeeeeeeeeease help. I was wondering if any of you ladies, who are chart experts could look at my chart and possibly give me so much needed hope? Brief history, this is first month charting, previous 3 months - no O, negative OPKs. This months- doing Chinese herbs and acupuncture, still negative OPKChat Icon. Does this chart look like annovulatory to you? Thanks to anyone who takes time to respond.

Re: asking for help- chart related

it does look like an anovulatory chart

Usually you see a Rise in Temp...that Rise should stay high and then drop the day AF shows up.

I would keep temping to see if you keep getting the same temps..dont make any assumptions b/c my charts looked like this for 3 cycles and then they bounced back to normal again.

Also- do you take your temp at the same time each day while lying in bed?

I don't think you'll be able to tell if its a annovulatory cycle until you get your period. You def haven't ovulated yet. I know when one of my cycles was 36 days, I didn't ovulate until day 26.

Keep tracking. . . and good luck!

Re: asking for help- chart related

yeap, i am taking them at the same time ( maybe with a 30 min diff from day to day).
ugh... thank you. I will keep charting. So I should look for a sudden rise in T and then drop?

Yes actually you can browse through fertility friend and look at anovulatory charts/ PG charts and Ovulatory charts so you can see what they look like....

You should be up and down and right when you O you see a consistent Rise in Temp...The Temps stay up there bouce around and then on the day AF comes the temp drops suddenly.
You can even use temping to know the day she arrives.

you can even look at my charts:

Im in mid cycle...and ive been sick so my temps have been high but if you look at my 5/29 cycle its very clear

You'll see a sudden rise in temp and then it'll continue rising or just stay above the cover line (FF figures that out). It drops again when you are getting your period.

i would show you mine, but i can't figure out how to share it. . .Chat Icon

Re: asking for help- chart related

i just figured it out myself today. If you are with FF, go to Sharing ( on the left side menu), then home page setup. As if you are trying to set up your own page, you do not need to input any info there, just hit save or set up and then the link will be accessible. Just post the link into the message hereChat Icon

no i got some + on OPK early and stopped testing but my temp confirmed a later O date. I give up on OPK they are not very accurate!
