the not knowing
is the worst part. the wondering, "what is going on in my body?" ugh. i am CD 16 and no smiley. i just keep reading everyones stories, thinking "am i ovulating? will i ovulate? will i not get AF for six months or more like so many other women?" it is nothing that i can control, i know, but i cant stop the thoughts and theyre making me MENTAL.
thanks for letting me vent again.

CD16 is very early for some ppl ( me included). how long is your cycle?

i dont even know yet....just came off BC a few weeks ago. i probably sound so stupid for whining since this is my first cycle off.

no, you do not sound stupid at all. i worry all the time if I O or not, especially considering the fact that I did not O for the last 2 cycles.

Aww, I hope you feel better about this soon! It is hard not knowing, but from what I read on this board, it seems that people seem to trend toward "normal" rather than "problematic." People's cycles right off of BC are often pretty wonky. Then they go back to how they were before you went on them. And a lot of women on this board even got pg their first month off.
Sorry if I contributed at all to your anxiety, with my constant whining and complaining!

I ovulate late. CD16 is early! This cycle I O'ed yesterday at CD22.

I am only in my 2 month of being off bc and only had AF so I know how you feel. It's driving me nuts because I do not know my cycle yet.

i usually o around cd 18 or 19. so you are still OK.
it will come.
just be patient.
thats something i need to learn to do too

I totally know how you're feeling! This is my first month off BCP and my body (and mood swings) are going crazy!! I hate not knowing if I'm ovulating and when I'm going to get my period. With the pill, I could pin point the day and time AF would come. Now, it's just a waiting game! ugh!!
