I think I am def out

My temperature nose dived this morning, yesterday it went from 98.4 and today 97.8 so I am pretty sure AF will come today. I knew it was due either today or tomorrow. Since this is our first month I really thought I'd be fine if it didn't happen. I know there's only a small chance each month. I didn't realize how upset I'd be though. I know it's fine and we have a new month to look forward to but I can't help but feel down. I know it's prob not good to get upset because then you get stressed and it's not good to be stressed while ttc. I just need to learn how to stay positive. Sorry for going on and on but I never realized how hard it was.

I think if you really want it, it's dissapointing even if it's your first time. . it's my first very serious attempt this month too and I know I'll be really upset if it doesn't work too even if those are the odds. I think that's totally natural. So don't be hard on yourself for feeling dissapointment. And yes, it's a very different thing to be dealing with this long term but your emotions are totally real too. .

I send you some baby dust for this month or next. .

Thanks for your kind words. I guess I am being hard on myself and I am really disappointed. If AF comes today, maybe I will pour myself a big glass of wine and try to relax. Then I will try to get excited about a new month.

i went through the same thing. when you ttc it seems like everything becomes a symptom and you almost convince yourself that this is it and then AF appears and it all goes down the drain! it really stinks!
you arent the only one who gets like that...its ok i think to let yourself get a little upset, its only natural but try not to dwell on it.
i have lots of events coming up into the beginning of 2011 so i'm always like "ok im not pregnant this month...hmm at least that means by the time so and so's wedding comes i wont be a blimp. thats always good"

I'm sooo sorry!
This was an exceptionally hard cycle for me too. I had a VERY hard time yesterday.
