OPK Question
so i just bought the ClearBlue OPK and the directions say if your cycle is 25 days or more to start testing on CD 9. i read in some other places that depending on your shortest cycle to test on different days...like if its 30 days do CD15...if its 32 days do CD16.
what did you girls follow?

Re: OPK Question
I had 32-34 day cycles. The first time I used them I started testing on CD10. Once I figured out an approximate O day, for me it was 18-19 I moved it back, starting to test on CD14-15.
I think at first it's just a lot of trial and error.
Good luck!
