massapequa section??
Does anyone know the name of the section across from All American...north of Merrick rd and South of Sunrise? There is an elementary school near it...thanks! I know one of the street names is Oxford...

biltmore and nassau shores are south of merrick road. the area you are talking about is referred to as polo estates according to mls

actually i think there are two oxfords so it may not be the one im talking about....but it is not biltmore or nassau shores

I'm not sure of the name of the section by Fairfield Elem. but south of Merrick Road behind All-American is Massapequa Shores.

Thanks! I don't think iti is Polo Esates either...it is a really nice area and I never realized it existed...I was looking south of Merrick, but I need a basement!

i am selling my house and it is just a little more east by john burns park. i have a ranch; we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full basement. 70x120 property 2 car garage; milt consition; all redone. fm if interested.

I think it's Massapequa Woods. Polo Estates is N of Merrick, S of Sunrise but east of the preserve.

I think you are talking about the area over by Fairfield Elementary school. Not sure if that section has a name.
