I cant believe it!
I'm out at CD 26 !!!!! That has never happened. EVER ! I'm always 45-49 days. All last month and this month I drank red raspberry leaf tea (gives you a healthy reproductive system) I think it helped my cycles !

I got it from Whole foods it is made by celebrations. I drank at least 1 cup a day

I'm sorry AF showed up, but it's great that you're getting your body to regulate itself naturally! I have to try that stuff.

I didnt get a chance to get to Whole Foods today since there isnt one near me, but I am going to try and get there tomorrow. For you other girls who are going to buy it, I did check out Trader Joes and Stop & Shop and they do not have it there. Figured I would save someone else the trip.

I got a different brand from Wild By Nature. Can't remember the name but its also an organic red raspberry tea leaf.

I spoke to the girl at whole foods and what she told be is there is another brand but this brand is recommended by Holistic DRs. This brand is the most potent brand of this tea.
