Question for those who have taken a HBP out of garbage!!

I hope I am not the only one who has done this!!! If I saw no line when I tested in the evening and in the morning there was a faint line it is an evaporation line right? It was a test with blue dye. The second line was very slight and had a blue like tint.

I am not sure but I heard the blue dye tests are known for false positives/evap lines! I would test tomorrow with FMU to be sure!! Good luck!!!

Blue dye tests are the worst! After getting what I though was a BFP a few months ago on one only to be let down, I will NEVER use another blue dye test. Also, the general rule of thumb is if it doesn't come up within the 2-3 minutes the test is supposed to take then it's not a valid answer. Of course for every rule there is an exception, if I were you I would re-test in the morning with FMU and with a FRER. They seem to have the best accuracy early on.

A HPT is only to be read in the first 10 minutes of using it. You can't take it back out 12 hrs. later and expect a reliable result. Pee on a new stick!
