Re: DIY chocolate cover pretzels
I just melted the choco in bowl on stove (put it over water in pot) - dipped, and then put them on wax paper in the fridge overnight. They are so yummy!

Where do you live? You should really get the Chocolate at a choc store...
You melt the chocolate in a double boiler over LOW LOW LOW HEAT... if you heat it too high the chocolate will become very clumpy.
Then if you dip the pretzel using your finger hold the corner and dip, then take it out and let it drip over the bowl until the excess chocolate comes off... then lay flat on wax paper, and decorate with (pink or what ever color) lil balls from Michaels or any store... Decorate them with the balls when wet.
If you want to do a fully covered pretzel in the chocolate, you need to dip and then take them out with a fork (I have a special one from the Chocolate store) but I think you can use a bbq fork the one with 2 prongs that can go through each of the top of the knot... again then let it drip and put on wax paper.
I have done this alot, and so far the best pretzels I have found are the Synders Sourdough ones (but the THIN ONES)
I actually just made a ton this weekend for a bridal shower.. I will see if I have a pic.

Re: DIY chocolate cover pretzels
Here are 2 pics, you can't really see them... they are laying on the trays of the candy bar. They are white chocolate, I did some with the lil candy dots and then I also did some with a drizzle of pink chocolate. (if you want to do a drizzle of chocolate, then you need to wait until the chocolate is dry to apply the drizzle)
if you need any other help then just FM!
