Closing costs...OMG
OMG Closing costs are more than my husbands first car  I want to hurl .
But at least I can say...
WE ARE CLOSING TOMORROW!!!!

I COMPLETELY feel your pain, plus we have the peconic tax in Riverhead to contend with added to our closing costs (2% tax on the sale of the house) it's more than my LUXURY car cost!! Congrats on the new home!

Yeah we have to pay that too - stinks
If I was smart I would have tried to negotiate with them to pay that but I didn't even think of it...
