I got complimented today
Today at work before i left a guy/customer said to me i have been watching you for 2 years and said that i looked great, He was like you lost weight!! I was like yes, I was like Thank you!! I was starting to feel down on myself because i feel like i'm not losing the weight like last year than this happened!! I really feel more motivated and good inside again!  Just wanted to share.

It's nice when other people notice! I think when you lose weight in a slow healthy way, you don't notice it yourself as much because the change is gradual.
