had beta today and no definite answer : UPdated had another BETA today
just got a call from doctor that I need to come back on monday to get retested. I am 14 days post IUI today. He said it came back very low positive but it could be from the shots and hormone pills im taking.
He told me to stay on the pills.
Has anyone had any experience?
ETA: Had another Beta today instead of waiting till Monday and im NOT pregnant. UUUGGHHH off to IUI #4

Good luck, Seems i have been reading about a lot of low betas lately. I hope it doubles by the next time you go in.
My beta is also on Monday... i will be 13dp3dt.
I have my fingers crossed that we both get good news

I haven't but my friend in fl and something similar she got a 2 on her beta, she is 8 weeks now......so there is hope.

my concern is why he would be keeping me on the hormone pills. He is saying that the low positive could be from the medicine in my system. So why would I be on them still?

i got a beta of 5 last cycle that was at 16DPO. it ended up being a chemical pregnancy. my repeat beat at 18DPO was 2 and I got AF that day as well..
BUT the doctor did say after the first beta that it could have been a late implanter - so dont lose hope!!

Yeah, its either Chemical or Late Implanter. I had a Chemical with a 7 to 3 to AF.
What hormones are you currently on?
Take care of yourself and lets hope that number rises!!

I am currently still taking estradoil two times a day 1 in the morning and 1 at night.

I'm so sorry!
I had 1 month w/ a super low beta---like a 4. For me, it was actually a good sign-----even a low beta means that u can actually get preggo! Now they just have to get it to stick!
