Temping question
I have 2 questions:
Does anyone get the same exact temperature every morning? Mine seems to always be 96.48
Also, does your temp go up if you BD? We BD last night and this morning my temp went up to 96.76

Re: Temping question
I don't get the same temps day after day, however, I've seen plenty of charts that show flat temperatures for a couple of days in a row. I have never noticed that the temps rise after the night before.

It is possible to O on CD 11 -- I have!
How long are your cycles usually?

They are usually 28 days since I've been off BP but last month they got all wacky and jumped to 36. How can I tell if I O without using an OPK?

Re: Temping question
A positive OPK will predict that you will O in the next 12 - 36 hours.
Temps will confirm that you already Oed with 3 high temps in a row.
There are other signs like CM and cervical position, but I don't really rely on those.
Are you use fertilityfriend for charting your temps? If you are, you can post a link to your homepage once you have it setup.

ok so if i see 3 high temps in an row that means i Oed? I will have to see what happens the next two days. Didnt notice any of the other signs such as EWCM. I am using fertility friend but this is the first month i am using it.

Re: Temping question
Ugh I wish. Mine are all over the place. I got an o date, but I don't think temping is for me. I wake up frequently through out the night, and today my temp was high, but I had a nightmare right before I woke up.
