I am wondering if Brooke has every come back and said, "I am sorry I do not see you getting a BFF ever"....

On her site, she says if for any reason she is unable to answer a question, she refunds your money. I wonder if this is what she does. Also, in the validation section, there is a comment where she told someone they would be unable to adopt a certain child, and they were.
