Thursday FMQOTD...
Hello ladies!!
My mind is drawing a blank on TTC questions and all I can think about is going on vacation because right now I really don't want to be at work.
So my question is:
For those of us who are TTC #1 are you planning on taking a baby-moon before LO is born? If so, where would you like to go?
For those of us who are TTC #2, 3, 4 so on...are you planing on taking a family vacation with your current LO's before a baby is born? If so, where would you like to go?
For me...I would love to take a baby-moon and the way things are looking I may be giving birth in the winter so I would love to go somewhere tropical like Aruba. Even if LO is expected in the spring, summer or fall I still want to go somewhere tropical!

We usually take a drive-able trip every summer: Newport, Maine, Adirondacks, etc. I'm hoping I'll be preggo this summer, so we can make that trip a babymoon. We just took a bigger vacation in March (was hoping that would be babymoon once upon a time), so it'll be something small.

Not a real babymoon per say. 1) I'd like to save money for the baby 2) When I think of vacation I think of tropical drinks, not being pregnant. LOL! But we leave on the beach and my parents have a beach house in Bethany Beach, DE, so we will def. try to have some alone relaxing time.

I dont think we will be taking a babymoon to any place tropical. If we do it will be somewhere we can drive to. With a new home and ttc we need to save all the money we can, but hopefully we will take a trip to somewhere we can drive

It really depends on the PG how it will go. IF there are any complications I wouldnt dare . WE are planning a big vacay for may so if im pregnant by then tht will be it! lol

If we can afford it and depending on how pregnant I am (or if I am pregnant) we want to take our DD to Walt Disney World. MY absolute FAVORITE place on earth!!!............I can't wait to take her. Even if we don't get to Disney this year we already are making plans to take her to Mystic Seaport (they have a really nice aquarium there and my DD LOVES fish!! ) and to Sesame Place. We're looking forward to both!!

I'd love to do a long weekend somehwere within driving distance. Or maybe if it was much earlier in the pregnancy a 5 day cruise that left from NY so I wouldn't have to fly.
Ultimately it will all depend on our financial situation and how I feel.
We'll definitely be sure to at least do some nice dinners at restaurants we won't be able to take the LO.

We are not officially TTC yet, but I hope to start officially sometime in the next few months.
Anyway, when I was pregnant with DS #1, we went to Key West for vacation, I think I was about 19 weeks....
If I am lucky enough to get pregnant sometime this year, we will be doing a family vacation but it has nothing to do with another little one coming...
we are going to a wedding in NC in October without DS for a few days
And we are taking DS to Disney again in November.
Nicole, go to Aruba, so nice! I loved it there!
ETA: we went in the summer and it was wonderful even then! One of our mutual friends goes every year I am sure she would agree with me that its worth the trip if you can!
Hey Kelly! Yes, I know who you are talking about and she raves about Aruba! I really hope we can do it! GL to you!!

I am def going on a babymoon - I think it depends on when I am pg - if it is during the winter, then I plan on going to FL or Hilton Head.
If it is in the summer - I think I would liek to go someplace that we can drive to - like Newport or Baltimore
