i really thought that once march came, more houses would be listed

but i'm getting nothing.
Do you feel this will change soon?
anyone else having this issue?

i am so sorry and i understand your frustration. FH and I have been looking for a year and we finally found something. Keep checking listingbook/mls for something that comes out and for open houses, it stinks but i am sure that your house will be out there soon

I think it just started. I am seeing more signs now. I think it really starts in the Spring. Sunny weather, flowers are planted, etc..

I think sellers are still prepping for the Spring and open houses.

As the weather gets nicer more people will start listing their houses.

In the last month, 4 houses went up for sale in my neighborhood. Before that, there were none! Maybe next month will be a better month for you.

Right there with ya. I have seen more come on, but expected MORE than what I have seen. Hoping after Easter it picks up. I gotta move.

I feel like a lot of people start to list their homes around now, maybe even next month, because they dont want to move with their kids still in school.
