CD3 Bloodwork
I have to make an appt for CD3 bloodwork and wasnt sure what day to do
I got AF last night at 8pm - so was yesterday CD1 or today

If you got AF yesterday after 8pm, CD1 was yesterday. Today is CD2.
CD1 is considered red blood (need to wear a pad-not spotting) before midnight.

I'd ask your RE how they count it... but either way, I'm pretty sure you can do CD 3 bloodwork on CD 2 or CD 4 and it would be okay...

My RE told me that CD3 bloodwork can be done on CD2-CD5.

I just called the RE office and they said AF after 4 or spotting is considered the next day.
I guess everyone does it different!

I guess they are different..
I just got my CD3 test done yesterday and I got my AF on Monday after 6pm (CD1)....I didnt go in yesterday morning (Cd3) and called them to ask if I can come in today CD4 and they said no way....they said after Cd3 you already start to make your dominat egg and your hormones are not the same as on Cd3...they made me go in yesterday before 4pm...
This is at Cornell.
