Am I the only one who does this?

I go over to the pregnancy board...I miss it bc I spent some time there before my miscarriage! But I feel like i'm torturing myself bc I end up in tears most of the time. Am I crazy?

I admit, I lurk on that board But I find it such a happy place (aside from the sometimes scary posts). I love looking at nursery pics and seeing the birth announcements. It makes me feel hopeful!

ETA: I can imagine that after a MC it's painful. But you'll be there again. Hopefully we'll all be posting on that board together!

I visit quite frequently! (never post, even though I've been pg and have a DD) I figure it's positive thinking.

No you def. aren't the only one and Im surprised only a few girls admitted to this lol!!! I go there all the time and I even save interesting posts that I think I can use later when I get preggo hahahaha!!

I lurk occasionally, and will post "congratulations" when ladies I know IRL have babies.

I never "lurked" over there until after BFP. Now, I go over all the time but I know it's only making it harder for me.

I spend a lot of time lurking on their and parenting. I also notebook threads for future research.

I haven't been over there since my miscarriage this summer...gets me upset...I figure I will hopefully have my time over there soon.

Same reason DH and I haven't seriously discussed any names yet..
Until we actually get a BFP, it's too painful of a reminder of what we don't have

(we've also been ttc'ing now for 15 months so we're a bit wary)

I do it all the time... and for the same exact reasons! I joined LIF when I was looking for pregnancy symptoms and it made me have to take a test. I did and got a BFP, so I immediately started on the Pregnancy board. I miss it. A lot.

So you are def not the only one.

I still go on. I mean I was on there for 5 weeks before i lost my baby at 9 weeks. My husband gets really upset that I go on it...he thinks its not healthy and that I am going to torture myself...and he's probably right. The last breakdown I had was after reading the post about feeling the baby hiccups and pants. I just broke down. I still like to go on and see whats doing because Being pregnant is my goal...A.S.A.P ...so I feel like why not go and read up so i know what to expect.
