Book recommendation
So my bff has a 2 1/2 year old, but has been trying for number 2 after 2 miscarriages. She wanted to work on her caffeine and sugar intake, as to naturally increase her chances rather than medically. Anyways, she recommended this bookFertility, Cycles and Nutrition
Not sure if anyone has read it, but it may be worth looking into
