Pre-Natals – No Iron???
I just started taking the GNC brand and I noticed that it says “without Iron”. I never noticed this before on the Rainbowlite ones that I took. Is there a specific reason for this?
TIA

Yes, Iron is constipating and a lot of pregnant women get constipated, so they give you the option to buy a prenatal without it.

I'm pretty sure my One-A-Days have a small amount of iron and when I first started I was constipated

Re: Pre-Natals – No Iron???
I have prescription samples and I have been getting constipated. Is it better to have iron?

Thanks Katie! Do I need the iron? I'm actually happy to hear that that might have been what was causing my constipation . If I don't need it I'd rather stick to the ones without.
