Can I please just tell you what my "friend" said to me today...
I have a friend... he is a bit clueless sometimes. He doesn't know I am (or was) TTC and after today he will be the last to know.
We were having lunch and he brought up babies and asked when we were going to have them... we got to talking and next thing I know he says..and I quote (as best as I can remember): "The only reason why people think woman have a higher threshold for pain then men is because men aren't given the opportunity to go through child birth to prove that in fact we are superior. If we did I am sure we could do it without an epidural"
No he was not kidding either. Completely 100% serious.
probably why he's still single
ETA: I did try to put him in his place. Spoken like a true man huh?!

DH is the biggest baby when he is sick! I can't imagine how he'd handle being PG or childbirth!

Agreed! DH has a stuff nose or a shore neck and the world comes to an end!

obviously hes jealous. We all know we are the superior. If he doesnt believe it tell him to look at nature where the Female is usually the leader and provider.
