Speaking of Mucinex.....

How are you supposed to take it?
All month long or just when you're close to Oing??
Do you stop taking it as soon as you O?
If you take it pass you O, will it hurt (hopeful) implantation?

I'm curious because I know you have to be SUPER careful with Primrose Oil (which I don't take)....wondering if Mucinex is along the same lines.

ETA: when I read it back I read how I put "hopeful" in parenthesis....I was meaning hopeful implantation....not hurt hopeful.....you girls KWIM tho!

I take it as soon as AF leaves up until "O" and then I stop. I think that I read somewhere to stop taking it after "O" but I can't be 100% sure.

Oh and you should take it anywhere from 4 hours before you expect to BD. I take it sometimes twice a day. Depends on how my CM is.

You should start at cd 10 up until you O. Def. stop taking it when you O.

I did this for my 2nd cycle...but then I started O'ing late so I didnt think it was too healthy for m e to take it for so long. This cycle, I started on cd 16 but Im thinking of taking it every other day because I dont know when Im going to O and I O'd on cd 30 last month.
