B vitamins
I want to take B vitamins again. Should I get just a regular complex or one with Vitiman C in it? Does the Vitamin C help? Thanks!

I dont know if Vitamin C will help with conceiving- but its good to take extra- especially during cold/flu time- so if you can get it with the B complex that would be good

I take a regular B-complex. I didn't realize they came with added C.
